Face book template (organizational chart with photos and name)

Hello!

I need to make an organizational chart with photos and names. Very classic: Maybe 3 columns per page and five lines per page. Sometjhing like this: Redirect Notice

Could anyone please help me to do it? Is there a template? How do I create a new one?
