External users automatically switched to internal

I created an external user on my account last week, but looking at my registered users, I notice that that user is now listed as “internal.” I don’t know why this happened and can’t figure out how to change it back.

I didn’t make any changes, nor did the user, except to request a password reset once. I do not want to be charged for an additional internal user and this user requires only limited access to specific entries (rather than the whole database), so I would really prefer them to be an internal user.

For this issue, would you mind to send us a ticket via the “Need Help?” at the upper right corner of your database? We may need to access your internal user page and check the edit history of that user. :slight_smile:
