Can we map and export fields from a Ragic sheet to a fillable pdf that we upload. We have existing fillable pdf that we would like filled with information in ragic fields

Yes, please use the Custom Print Report feature to set up your PDF template with the desired formatting and layout. Once set up, you can use the action button to export your Ragic record into a customized PDF file.

I am wanting to export to an “existing pdf” that we already have. The fields would need to be mapped. Can ragic do this?

Hi,

Ragic doesn’t currently offer a built-in feature to directly map fields to a fillable PDF and export it that way. However, you may be able to achieve this through external integration. Please check out our integration options—for example, you might use tools like Zapier or Integromat (Make) to export Ragic data and then pass it into a third-party service that supports PDF generation or filling.

The general idea would be:

  1. Use an integration platform to retrieve Ragic data.
  2. Map that data to corresponding fields in your fillable PDF using a compatible service.
  3. Generate and export the completed PDF.

If you’re open to using external tools, this approach could help bridge the gap between Ragic and your existing PDF workflow.
