Employee Time sheet data entry & editing

How can I set up time sheets so only the selected employee can edit their own data?
In other words I dont want any employee to able to edit someone else’s time sheet data.


Let’s say your employees are all in the “User” group. Then, you may follow the steps below:

Step 1. In the global access rights panel, grant the “User” group with the “Survey User” access rights to the “Timesheet” sheet.

Step 2. In the “Timesheet” sheet, create an “Assigned User” field with select user field type and assign feature.

Step 3. In the “Timesheet” sheet, fill in the “Assigned User” field of each entry with the employee that should be able to view the entry.
