My Ragic is a database of a Home Owners Association members and their properties. We keep owner info and Lot info. It would be neat if I could place a picture of the property also.
I saw a conversation about screen grabs.
Can I use a picture? What size file? Or can I use a link to say Google Docs and store the pictures there. Which would be better?

Is the picture stored in your computer? If so, you can useimage upload field to upload your picture.
If it’s already stored in the cloud that you have image url (not google drive url), you can use BBCode to display your image in the free text field.
