I created an email entry action. I used {{RECORD_SUMMARY}} to embed the entry in my email body. {{RECORD_SUMMARY}} shows the approval status. Is there any way to do it without showing the approval status?

If you prefer not to display the “approval status” field in the email, you can set Field Level Access Rights for that specific field and choose “No rights.” This will prevent the field from being shown in the email.
