I have a contact list with 10 people, and one column has a “PASS” or “FAIL” status using multiple-choice options. I want to send a mass email only to the “PASS” group and exclude the “FAIL” category. How can I create a group for “PASS” and send emails only to them?

Hi,

Please apply a filter on the “PASS/FAIL” field first to only display “PASS” entries on the listing page. After that’s completed, please send your mass email, this will then have the filter settings applied.
