Editing Form Mode - Doesn't replicate into Form Design

Just started trying out Ragic, all was going well but then I got confused.

Why do changes made in the listing design not get repliciated into the Form design and vice versa? I thought they were the same elements just different ways of it being displayed?

e.g For template phonebook under administration. I modified the title of Department to be Freetext labelled organisation - Click save

When I switch to Form mode it still shows as the original label Department?

Hi,

The design will not be synced since some users may put different titles or formats on the listing page. For example, 2021/06/21 on the form page or 06/212 on the listing page for a clear layout. Hence, you’ll need to change them manually.
