I use the send mail action on several of my sheets. is there a page where I can find the sent mail for all my sheets?
Hi there - you can go to DB Maintenance > Download System Log > Mail Log to see a list of all emails sent from your database. Kindly note that the Mail Log will include not just the emails you manually trigger from a Ragic sheet, but all emails sent out, such as notifications, new user invitation emails, etc.
Thank you for your answer. This opens an html page and it is impossible to filter according to the criteria I want from the mails sent.
If I need to explain what I want to do as an example; I have a page customer page I have a license page (customer linked) Let’s say I have a permission page. I have many pages like this. (customer linked) I send separate mails from each page. with a custom mail template. What I want is to filter the mails I send for that customer. it is possible to adapt this to other pages.
I hope I was able to explain. If this is not supported, I would appreciate if you could accept it as a feature request or show me another way.
Thank you for the additional explanation.
Ragic’s Mail Log (found under DB Maintenance > Download System Log > Mail Log) is designed to give administrators a complete overview of all outgoing emails—whether sent via custom actions, notifications, or system messages. While the log is currently in a static HTML format, many users are able to search by recipient email address or subject line, especially if a consistent naming pattern is used.
We understand you’re looking for a more structured way to filter emails by sheet or customer, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your idea. Since this would involve developing an entirely new framework for logging and organizing emails across different sheets and tools, we’d need a better understanding of how this could benefit not just your workflow, but other users as well.
If you’re open to providing more details, we’d love to learn about:
- The specific operational needs this would help address (e.g., compliance, internal tracking, reporting)
- Whether this is part of a broader industry practice or requirement
- How often and in what ways you would need to group or analyze sent emails — for example, do you need to review the content of each message?
- Any examples of similar features in other systems you’ve used
With more context, we’ll be in a better position to evaluate the potential impact of this request.
In the meantime, if you’re unsure how to locate past emails in the Mail Log, feel free to reach out to us at support@ragic.com. If you can share the following details, we’d be happy to assist with the best way to search:
- URLs to the relevant sheets
- A sample of the custom email template you’re using
- The email address of the customer in question
Thanks again for your feedback!
Hello there. I am a consultant for mining companies. Mining companies in your program Customers ( Musteriler) Licenses Linked to these customers ( Ruhsatlar) I have pages linked to each other, such as Forestry permits linked to these licenses. ( Talep No
Licenses and Forestry permits and other linked pages have standard mail templates that I have prepared. (Custom Mail template)
You can see them on my page. What I want is for reporting purposes. So I want to filter which outgoing mails to a customer. Sender - Recipient - Sender - Recipient - License - Forest Permit - according to pages such as or a more dynamic reporting.
This makes me strong against companies in terms of business development and expressing myself. If I have sent an information mail about a subject, if I have a problem with the company, I want to be able to find it in seconds by filtering it.
This is actually a necessary process for many people who provide consultancy services like me.
Thank you in advance. Feel free to ask questions for more.
I recommend your program to many of my consultants because it has excellent developability, but without Turkish language support, it seems difficult for it to be widely used in Turkey. I got a friend of mine to buy it but I completely manage its page
I will ask you to do a study on Turkish language support.
Thanks for everything.
Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing how you’re using Ragic—it’s always insightful to learn about different use cases. What you’re describing would involve a significantly different technical framework from how email functionality is currently designed in Ragic. We’ll need some time to further discuss this internally, but we want to be transparent that this may be outside the current scope of what our system supports. We truly appreciate your feedback and your support in recommending Ragic to others.
Thank you for your attention. Have a good work.
Thank you! After careful review, we’ve added your request to our enhancement pipeline—to consolidate all emails sent from a Ragic database into searchable records for easier review. You’ve also been added to the notification list for updates on this feature. We truly appreciate your feedback and continued support of Ragic.
Thank you as well for your suggestion regarding Turkish language support. We’re currently exploring the integration of AI technology to accelerate the rollout of additional languages, and we’ve included you in the notification list for this feature as well.
Thank you for your quick feedback and interest.
Have a good work.
By the way, I came across a Ragic blog post that might be helpful: Work in Your Native Language: Quick AI-Powered Setup for Multilingual Business Software with Ragic.
The article walks through how to use our UI translation feature in combination with AI-generated prompts to streamline the setup process. I thought this could be especially useful for Turkish-speaking users and wanted to share it with you.
Hope you find it helpful—thanks!
