Download as PDF not working

When click “Download as PDF” the document couldn’t be generated.
For now our team is using " Printer Friendly" as a substitution way.

It was working well before, but it is not working since this afternoon.
Anyone facing similar issue?

Hi,

If you are the eu2 user, we just applied a fixed on this issue.
If you are not the eu2 user, please submit a ticket through “Need Help” at upper right corner in your database > “Support Ticket” for us to check.
