Is there any way to configure an action button to download a PDF from a different sheet? (without having to switch to that sheet) It’s a multiple versions sheet of the sheet with the action button if that makes a difference.

Download PDF button could only work on the sheet button is created, download file of another sheet is not supported at the moment.

One way would be to mail merge original sheet into word therefore any format you want.
If it has subtables though i would suggest merging it into excel instead as easier to work with.
Excel instead of PDF would be fine, but I thought it’s still not possible to mail merge with data from another sheet. Is there a workaround?
