Documents Template: how to edit revision number?

My documents already have revision numbers. I put them on Ragic Docs for them to be accessible by mobile, but I need them to have the same revision numbers as my Excel documents control.

While I can edit the document number (code), the revision number is locked. How can I unlock to edit it?

Are you referring to the “Rev.” field in document management template?

By default, it will retrieve the last row of “Rev.” field in the “Revision History” subtable:

Hence, if the file you have gets its own revision already, please create a new subtable row and indicates the revision number.
