Deactivate "standard" ragic email response upon user form submission

Hello everyone.

We have two relatively simple forms for anyone to fill in and submit.

I have created an action button and it seems I can customize it according to our needs, so that whenever a new form entry is submitted a customized email response is sent to the email address of the person submitting the form.

However, doing testing I notice that whenever someone submits a new form entry, they receive two emails:

  1. The custom email response we have created --OK
  2. A “standard” email response from Ragic (see attached screenshot) --NOT OK

How can we deactivate #2 , so that whenever someone submits a new form entry they only receive our customized email response?

I would like to confirm if, in addition to using the action button for sending customized emails, you have selected the “Guest User e-mail validation” option in the Email field settings. When this option is enabled, the system sends a standard notification email to facilitate data sharing with guest users who can temporarily access the data without signing up.

If you prefer not to receive these standard system notification emails each time an entry is edited, you can check the “Do not email when editing entry” option. This will prevent the system from sending notification emails after editting.
