DATEVALUE(date_text, date_format)

Formated as Date yyyy/MM/dd Formula [ DATEVALUE(G33,“yyyy/MM/dd”) ] Works from time to time
If I remove the field, and reconfigure it, work for a few records and then stop working.
In G 33 I have Text 19900425 (extracted from a string) - ALWAYS WORKS

why not calculate? why this behavior?

Is here another way to extract date from text/?
