Data Synchronization Issues - Need Some Help!

Hey everyone,

I’ve been having some trouble with data synchronization in my Ragic database, and it’s driving me a bit crazy!

Here’s the deal- I’ve noticed that some of the data in my records aren’t syncing properly across different views and sheets. For example, I’ll update a field in one view, but when I switch to another sheet, the change hasn’t been reflected there. It’s like the sync just stops midway or something. When I was searching about this I came across these resources/articles Slow database connection troubleshooting rpa developer skills and as per them I tried the following-

I cross Checked Field Settings.
Checked for Conflicting Formulas
Followed Data Validation Rules

But still getting the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I’m not sure if it’s something I missed during setup or if there’s a specific trick to getting everything to sync smoothly. Any suggestions on what I should check or try out?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can throw my way!

Best Regards,

Hi,

It sounds like you’re experiencing some frustrating issues with data synchronization. Several factors could be causing this problem, including network latency, server load, inconsistent field settings, or conflicting formulas…

To accurately determine the cause, would you please contact our support team by emailing us at support@ragic.com or by clicking the “Need Help?” link in the upper-right corner of your account? Please include the specific sheet URLs where the issue is occurring, describe the situation, and attach any relevant screenshots. This will help us identify whether the problem is related to your database settings or if there is another underlying issue.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to assisting you!

Can you be more specific as to how the sheets and fields are linked?
Examples will be great for understanding your scenario, and help you resolve the issue.

Are you facing “data synchronisation” issue only some of the time?
Or it’s not working at all?
If it works sometimes, and not working sometimes. => possibly due to limit on the number of processes that can be run continuously.
If it’s “always” not working. => Most likely it’s the issue with the synchronisation settings.

For example, you have the choice of whether or not Ragic should “Recalculate” or “Link & Load Sync” related sheets.
