We need a solution to encrypt data once it has been used for a legal act requirement called Privacy of Personal Information (POPI).
When some logs a ticket we would need to see and use field values like email and cell phone number. Once the ticket is closed then we need to encrypt those fields.
Is there a feature we can use or would we need to create a script?
