Customize Emailed PDF?

Hi There,

I would like to use the attach PDF function when creating a custom email.

Is it possible to customize the PDF format so that columns can be an appropriate length so as not to bleed into multiple rows? Also, it would be nice to add a header image or a text header.

Hi,

Since the PDF feature in custom e-mail generates the PDF based on your form page design, you can insert the header image in the sheet design of your form page via description field directly. Then, it will show up in the PDF file.

Besides, the length that bleeding into multiple rows means your length per row is too long to fit into A4 size. Please tune your field width accordingly.
