When I try to create a report I just get a list of report templates. Is it not possible to create a custom report from scratch? There doesn’t seem to be much of anything on the help page about reports.

Are you referring to our report tools under Report tab?
If so, you cannot design your own report from scratch that you will need to choose one to generate report for analyzing your data for different purposes. For example, the Dashboard Report will show you the total and average values for fields containing numbers, as well as a number of comparison charts below.
Hi Paul - I also have a need to design my own reports from scratch. I do not know if Ragic intend to offer this facility later. The only way I have found is to create a mail merge template.
