Custom Print Report - list all records in order

I have a club membership database and I want to report on all members using their membership number {d.1000399} and name {d.1000359}. When I prepare my file I can only see the first record - I want to see all the records in order, like this:

  1. Smith
  2. Wills
  3. Hellis etc.

Can you assist please?

Hi,

Are you referring to the preview of the custom print report? If so, after uploading the template, it will only provide the preview using the data from the first entry.

Yes, I can see the single record only in the preview, and I can see the Custom Print Report (bottom right of each record), but I want a continued sheet of all records.
There is an alternative: I could use the TOOLS > EXPORT > Download as Excel or Text - but that doesn’t seem to do anything.

Hi,

You can only create custom print reports for each entry separately from their respective listing pages. If you want to create a file with multiple “reports” from multiple entries, please use mail merge instead for now.
