Is there a way to have multiple menu’s based on the user that connects. Example I have users in production I don’t want them to see sales data or have links to that menu. I also want to have a menu where I can link external clients to without them seeing my company menu/data.

I believe that you will need different sheets for different workflows within your database, such as a product sheet, a sales sheet, a company menu sheet, etc.
In Ragic, you can set up different access rights on every sheet, which means you can decide which users can have what type of access to each of every sheet within your database. For example, you can grant access rights to the sales sheet only to the sales user group.
