Counting Days in Records

Hello!

I´m looking for a way to count days in records, based on a field.

Let´s pretend I have a field named “stage”; this is a selection field. We also have a field for modified date
Let´s say I changed the stage today (13th Nov), the date is stamped and saved in another field. If we repeat the action in 7 days later (on the 20th Nov) and changed the stage again, the date is saved again. This way we can make calculation (days between dates).
