What do you think of having a status for the topics here on the community page? The users who created the topics can set them to “resolved” or “closed” whenever they are satisfied with the results. That way, users can look through open topics to easily find ones where people still need active assistance.
It would of course be good for people to still be able to write on closed topics, in case they have input that can further help, or have questions that weren’t already asked and/or answered in the thread.
