We are working on developing Ragic to standardize purchasing saving process. Under the process there are many teams who work on data and most often need to collaborate on the data at high level withe each other. I am thinking is there any possibility you can develop a chat window where people can chat with eachother. and it would be added to home page as cadget like Task etc.

As such, its nature is more static and focused on in-depth documentation and organized record-keeping, rather than real-time communication, which is typically handled more effectively by dedicated messaging tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
That said, we do offer a comment feature within Ragic that allows users to leave notes and carry out discussions directly on individual records. This is often used by teams to keep relevant conversations tied to specific data entries:
