Chat box or Messenger

I think it would be great if you have a chat box for users. I’ve worked with other CRM’s with this feature.

This does sound interested and we indeed have heard of this suggestion before. Do you mean a chat room per account, or an independent chat room for every sheet?

It would be great to have a chat box/messenger per account so that users can communicate with each other. I’m referring to my company, so that my colleagues and I can communicate with each other quickly over chat instead of having to walk to each other’s desk or pick up the phone.
