Change Field Value depending on Approval Flow

Hi guys,

I would like to show a value on a field depending on the approval status of the form. For instance, if the form is not yet approved by a supervisor the field must show “for approval”. Once the form is approved, the value should change to “approved”.

To make things harder, also, notice that the field type is SELECTION. Can it be done?

You can see the status and next approver in the sheet record list but I also do not know how to put those system fields in the record form.
