Can change the account titles to from Chinese to English?

Hi,

You may either install the English template from install templates or manually translate the account titles.

Note: the data in Chinese and English templates are separate and do not sync.

Hi,

Access the edit mode of each entry, delete the Chinese characters, and input the proper English account title.

Hi,

Simply updating the names on the “Account Titles” sheet would work. Updated names will be applied automatically when you create new journal entries in the future.

For existing entries, you can repopulate loaded fields to apply.

您可以依照系統中的科目命名規則新增科目，一、二階科目都選擇系統預設的科目，三階科目名稱為「科目代碼-科目名稱」，請不要刪除或更改任何系統預設的科目以免影響報表運作。此外，因為兩位數字為二階科目編號，三階科目還是會建議用三階數字喔。

我的意思是第一階是4(系統預設)，第二階是1(系統預設），我想增加第三階為99，但出來的科目編號不是4199啊！

三階科目欄位目前的公式設定為 LEFT(A4,3) ，因此欄位值會需要輸入為：
419-新科目名稱

還不支援將科目編號顯示為四碼喔。
