Can we have a way of turning commenting off for records.

Can you please add an item to Feature Access Settings that will allow us to control who can comment on records.

I’ve searched the forum/guide and I don’t believe there is a way to do this unless I’m mistaken.

Any news on this ? I don’t want let my external user to use mail - action - and history panel and in comment section if an user use “@” for send a direct comment can see all of user . i need that external user can only see his group and no to be able to see all ragic user (if htis is impossible is better to block also comment to external user)

Hi,

If you don’t want users to email from entries or view entry information, you can go to the feature access settings to modify the respective settings.
As for action buttons, you can apply additional access rights settings to them. Please refer to this document.
Finally, our developers are working on new feature access rights settings for comments and will get back to you when we have more details about it.
