Can I get an image (like Flag) direct from the web if I got a text listed in my sheet and show as image?

Place your cursor on the position in the sheet where you would like to have your image. Press then on your right mouse button and select insert image. You can choose then to upload an image or to select one from a URL.
By going to the properties (style on the left side) you can even set any URL when a user clicks on the image.
