Can i delete or modify the items in "tags" and other field?

Hi, I’m using a R&D knowledge database template.

Can I delete or edit the items in Tags, Related department & Types?
Or it’s only for upgraded users?
Right now I can only add new ones, but can’t do anything with the default items.

Only database that subscribe to the professional plan will be able to access the design mode of templates and edit selections:
