Calendar Sync service stopped working

I have submitted a service ticket, but to increase visibility as this functionality is vital to our business operations, I am also submitting a form post.

All existing calendar sync links have stopped working. They have worked for the last 3 years, we haven’t changed anything, and making a new link also results in the same error. Google calendar, apple, em, all produce the same result.
