A great solution to full control over a cell, and also in my case alleviates the strain having 100s of conditional formats which are difficult to enter and maintain, would be to add the ability for BBCode to set not just the text color but the cell background color. This would provide an incredible degree of flexibility and control of list and forms.

Because BBCode usually translate to HTML. But it’s relatively difficult to change the background color of its container. I will talk to our developers to see if we can create some auto expanding elements for the BBCode to use, and see if they could be of some help.

That would be great. I have an analytic system that is feeding data to ragic. It would be great to be able to change the background formatting on what amounts to hundreds of form cell without having to spend days doing so through conditional formatting.
