Apply All Formulas

I just change or apply some formula on a form with some Link and Load fields but not on a field with Link and Load. I click the “Apply all formulas on this sheet to all saved records” button then, the existing records on the Link and Load suddenly vanish or gone.

Hi there - Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing troubles with managing your data. As there are various ways one can build their Ragic database with the link and load funciton, I’d suggest that you write to us at support@ragic.com. Provide the following details and we will take a closer look.

  1. the URL to a sample record in concern
  2. the names of those link and load fields whose values are cleared unexpectedly
  3. the timing when you applied the formulas manually
