I updated our subscription to include two more staff, but they are not receiving the invite email. I have added them twice and still nothing. Any idea how to get them access? Thanks!
The email might be in the spam, please check the spam to see if there’s any email from “email@example.com”.
You may re-send the invitation e-mail from the internal user sheet. (Refer to this article: Internal Users)
You could also reset the password for a User, and the user could direct login with the password. (Refer to this article: Internal Users)
