Add new records on two sheet from one form

Is possible that when recording (add new) data in one sheet , it automatically adds a new line entry to another sheet width default values on other sheet …
The same field like Customer, User, Date, …

Hi,

You may create those sheets as multiple versions so that they’ll share the same dataset. The shortcoming is when you delete an entry on one of the sheet, the deletion will reflect on the other sheet as well.
