Add an action to automoate Clock In in a date field in a subtable

Having difficulty with creating an action in JS that will add the date to a date field in a subtable. The date field is formatted in YYYY/MM and uses Clock In. Works fine manually, but there are other subtable fields to complete that I could automate with one action.

I managed to do it a few months ago (in April), but it retains that month, not the current month.

I tried creating the action to update the date field using {{TODAY}} but it completes with 2023/1/1, not today’s date.
