Hi,
i have a Sales Enquiry record. If the customer wishes to proceed i have a Convert to Customer action Button.
However i cant find a way to determine if the customer already exists in the customer database. So if i press the Convert to customer button again it just makes a new entry.

Hi,

You can set the “Unique” attribute in the destination sheet to prevent duplicate entries. For how to set up this, you may refer to this article.
