hello, I have licenced ragic for two users but up until now whenever I am logged in the other user cannot be logged in at the same time. when the other user tries to log in to my system I get signed out automatically. how can I change this so that both users can access it at the same time?

A user’s email address can only log in on one device at a time. You’ll need to add another user as an internal user with his own email addresses so that you guys can access the database simultaneously.
