A way to get received email content in javascript workflow

I primarily would like to pull an attachment from an email and save it to a field. So if this is already possible I would love to know how.

But I would also like to get access to all emails in the js workflow. This would create the possibility of updating fields based on the newest email for easy access in the list view instead of having to see a ticket needs action, then drill down to see what the action is.

I could also make a robot operator that would ask a question via email, get a response, then forward the ticket to the correct group.

Hi sorry for the late reply. But this is currently not possible yet in the Javascript Workflow. And we’ve also discussed this internally, we will consider adding the support for this on our next Javascript Workflow update.
