You could try Rich Text Editor, for instance, if the URL field to the picture is field A1, assign the formula
‘’ to the Rich Text Editor field. It would show the image through this BBCode.
And please remember that the URL should be a open link which everyone can access through the link.

It also references a BBCODE link which is a generic link to BBCODE, again, is there supposed to be more information here?
