Totaling multiple entries in a field

I have 20 entries in the field “Value to Date”. How do I total that field in the Listing Page?

I don’t want to simply click Calculate total for all records, as some fields contain percentages for which a total isn’t appropriate.

Hi,

You may use “Total&Summary” to have the sum up of multiple entries. If you need to calculate this field frequently, you may use report as well.
