I have created a sheet with an email link for external temporary access for my customer to complete the section of a sheet. The email that is received by them shows the doc and correct auto generated number ie 001, however when clicking on the link to Ragic it tries to open file 002.
Cant seem to find a reason in the settings.

It required me to switch off the autosave feature, now working

I tested with my own sheet with auto save mode on and opened the guest user temporary log in link, however, I did not encounter this issue. It would be helpful if you can submit a ticket through “Need Help” > “Support Ticket” with steps to reproduce this issue and screenshots for us refer to and investigate this issue?
