Is it possible to configure my Gmail to send and receive emails from and to the system to each specific record?

Hi,

Are you referring to sending email from your gmail to an Ragic entry, and reply from Ragic to your gmail?

You could try this out, www.ragic.com/account/tab/sheet/recordID is the path of the entry, you could send email to account.tab.sheet.recordID@tickets.ragic.com, it would show the email under that entry. And you could also reply that mail in Ragic.

You could also take iniative to send custom email to any email address.
