Send Custom Email problem with attachment

I used the create custom email tool to generate an email from a form and with it I select Include PDF file of this record. It worked just fine for months. Now suddenly, rather than send a pdf of the record it creates and sends a blank pdf that says only Ragic logo up top and Sign in with Google at the bottom. Is there a RAGIC defect of late? I don’t recall changing anything that would cause this.
