reference existing fields in email template in ragic ticketing system

the ticketing system provides the possibility to create email templates for quick responses. However, I couldn’t figure out how to include references to the fields in the ticket record within the email template (e.g. the email submitter name). Is it possible to reference the existing fields in the record within the email template?

If you are using the Customer Service Tickets Template, you cannot directly reference existing fields within the email template. However, if you are using the Send Custom E-mail, you can use Variables for custom e-mail for configuration and referencing.
