I have just started using reminders to automatically email clients about certain events. I want to let them know that certain actions have been taken at particular dates. Currently it seems that I can only create 1 custom email response per sheet. When I try to create a second custom email response, it overrights the first one. Anyone found a way around this or a solution?
Yes, you can set multiple notification emails.
I have set up to 5 different notification emails in one sheet.
Once you have made the second notification email, make sure you have click “SAVE” button in the setting email dialogue box and also the “SAVE” button in the design mode.
