Multi Factor Authentication

Hi there, I would like to know if your system supported OTP (one time password) or other forms of MFA. Thanks, Peter

2FA is now supported. You can set up from Personal Settings.

One question: can admin make 2FA mandatory for other users or is this at the discretion of each user?

Hi,

It’s not supported for SYSAdmin to force all users to use 2FA function for now, but we do have plan to add this settings. I’ve added to you to the list of people to be notified once it’s online. As for now, yes, each users can decide if they would like to use this function or not.

It’s now supported to force all users to enable 2fa function from Company Settings, however, we will need to update your system sheets so you can find this new function in your database account. Let us know if you would like us to update your system sheets for you by emailing to “support@ragic.com”.
