Incoming email to record

I try to use your template “Customer Service Tickets”
I would like to extend it with customer information loaded from customer sheet based on submitter-email
Can someone point me in right direction here?


Currently, it’s not supported to trigger the link & load in the “Customer Service Tickets” template when new entries created. I’ve issue a feature request to our developers and will keep you posted here once the feature released.

We’ve supported triggering the formulas and link & load when entries are created via mails. Please kindly test and see if it works as expected. :slight_smile:
