How to hide empty fields when printing

Two questions about print file.

  1. Is it possible to hide empty fields when printing ? Fields in red boxes in the attached image.
  2. Is it possible to hide empty rows in “Link & Load” ? Always show three rows even two are empty. In blue box in the attached image.

Hi,

  1. It’s not supported to hide fields when printing. You may need to create multiple versions and set up conditional formatting to hide empty fields. Then, print your page from there.

  2. It’s not supported. Subtable will always display 3 rows by default.
