I am creating some instruction videos and I am interested in knowing if it is possible to hide tabs?

Currently, there is no way to hide the tabs if you’re SYSAdmin.
If you have more than one SYSAdmin in your database, I would say you can change your acess right from SYSAdmin to the other user group (may be the group that you’re trying to record instruction for), record the instruction, and then have the other SYSAdmin to change your acceess right back.
You can make an external user for yourself with rights to only the pages you want in your video!
