External users sign-up process

I’d like to simplify the sign-up process for external users and remove the need to add their name OR change the name to “Participant ID”. I want to avoid storing personal data as much as is possible.


The field “Name” on “External User” sheet is required but it could be any value, just to make sure it can be distinguished. We would suggest that not to change the field design on system sheet. Maybe could add a field description to notice users filling “Participant ID” in the field rather than name.
